Elementary School Day Camp Swimming Lessons Swimming lessons will be held for children who are enrolled in Day Camp. These lessons will take place at the Town Beach on Fridays while the children are at camp. Parents will not be required to remain at the beach with their children. Parents will sign their child in at camp and the swimming instructors will sign the child out from the counselor for the duration of the swimming lesson. Lessons will only be cancelled in the event that heavy downpours occur, thunderstorms are threatening or Day Camp is cancelled. In the event that a lesson must be cancelled, we will make every attempt to reschedule the lesson. Each lesson will last for 45 minutes. The lesson schedule may be revised to accommodate the number of applicants, if any scheduling changes are deemed necessary, you will be notified.
